Caroline Bleka joined Investment Solution Services (ISS) in 2012 as the Director of Operations, bringing over 26 years of experience in the financial industry. In her leadership role, Caroline manages a wide range of administrative functions and operational processes, ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day activities. She plays a critical role in supporting multiple advisors and clients, helping to drive the firm’s success. Caroline is known for her high integrity, professionalism, and ability to thrive in ISS’s fiduciary environment (advisory accounts). Clients appreciate her responsiveness and her commitment to delivering comprehensive solutions with expertise and precision.
Caroline began her career in 1999 as a Senior Investment Specialist with DWS/Scudder, where she quickly distinguished herself as a leader and earned the title of Certified Mentor/Trainer, guiding colleagues within the organization.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Michigan State University. Fluent in Spanish, Polish, and Serbo-Croatian, Caroline has the ability to connect with a diverse client base and build meaningful relationships across cultures.
Outside of her professional role, Caroline enjoys spending quality time with her family and participating in family and church-related events on weekends.
